Acupuncture is a fundamental practice of Traditional Chinese Medicine that uses the gentle insertion of sterile needles to stimulate the body's innate healing abilities. Acupuncture promotes energy flow (known as "Qi") through the body to enhance healing and promote homeostasis.
Acupuncture sessions also include the use of cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, tui na, electroacupuncture, and chinese herbal medicine as indicated.
