Functional medicine is a patient-centered approach to healthcare that focuses on identifying and treating the root causes of disease, rather than just treating symptoms. It is a holistic form of medicine that recognizes how imbalances in one area of the body affect it as a whole.  It combines conventional medicine with natural therapeutics such as diet, botanical medicine, homeopathy, nutritional supplementation, and lifestyle modifications. Functional medicine recognizes that each patient is an individual, and takes that individuality into account to determine the best treatment plan for each person. 

The new patient visit includes a detailed review of current health concerns, a comprehensive medical history and review of health systems, comprehensive lab testing recommendations, and holistic treatment plan.  As a licensed acupuncture physician and naturopathic doctor, Dr. Rozelle has an extensive knowledge of both eastern and western medicine. She has advanced training in homeopathic medicine, herbal medicine, Chinese medicine, nutrition, mind-body medicine, and environmental medicine. She specializes in the treatment of women's medicine, pediatrics, neurological and mental health conditions, but enjoys treating patients of all ages and genders and has experience treating various health conditions.

Follow Up Appointments (30-45 min): $135

Acute visits are available for children and adults for the natural treatment of coughs, colds, and other URI's.  This is for mild conditions only, as patients with more severe illness should seek emergency care.
